Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

AshGro Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“AshGro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website at ashgropartners.com and the services we offer to private clubs. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers information we collect as a business. Where a club uses the AshGro CRM platform to manage its own prospects and members, AshGro processes that data on the club’s behalf. That arrangement is described in the section on Club and Member Data below.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you complete a contact form, request a demo, submit a Google lead form connected to our advertising, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide one, club or organization name, and the contents of your message.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring source. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from advertising platforms. When you submit a lead form served through Google Ads, Google provides the information you entered to us so we can follow up with you.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos or club tours.
  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • To send you communications about our services, where permitted.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our advertising and to build audiences for future campaigns.
  • To analyze website usage and trends.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our website and to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads, including remarketing and audience features, to deliver and measure advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect usage data as described above.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage the Google ads you see, and opt out of personalized advertising, through Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who support our operations, including Google for analytics and advertising and our website and infrastructure providers, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If AshGro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some sharing of online identifiers with advertising partners may be considered “sharing” under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out of this by contacting us at sales@ashgropartners.com and by using the browser and Google controls described above.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Leads collected through Google Ads remain available within Google for a limited period, after which we retain the information within our own systems for follow-up and record keeping.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of marketing communications or certain advertising related sharing.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@ashgropartners.com. We will verify your request before responding.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Club and Member Data

When a private club uses AshGro CRM to manage its prospects and members, the club controls that data and AshGro processes it on the club’s behalf under the applicable services agreement. In that context the club is responsible for its own privacy practices. If you are a member or prospect of a club that uses AshGro CRM and you have questions about your information, please contact the club directly.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
